After gaining several years of experience in banking, Becky Waddell was looking for a long-term position that would take her into retirement. Finding enjoyment in both banking and customer service intersected at the INB Customer Care Center, where Becky serves as a customer care consultant.

A native of Tinley Park, Ill., Becky received her bachelor’s degree in Music Theory and Composition from Illinois State University in 2001, a Master of Music in Music Composition from Central Michigan University in 2003, and a Master of Elementary Education from University of Phoenix in 2007. Today, Becky plays a variety of instruments, with acoustic guitar and piano as her favorites. She loves to sing, too. “I am a musician and must utilize creative outlets whenever possible,” she says. “I do love to doodle abstract images and I listen to a large variety of music whenever possible.”

Becky lives in Pawnee with her three children. In addition to her job and creative outlets, she also serves as an advocate for the special needs community, specifically a nonprofit organization relevant to her son.
